An Idea Born from a Bathroom Renovation
The Chat
Sitting in the Harbour Café, we were talking about Sean’s plumber, who was flat out on the job, with the phone ringing non-stop.
By the end of that coffee, we knew we had to act.
The Problem
"Hi, I'm Sean. The idea for HANDAL started while I was getting my house renovated. Our plumber was brilliant, but I saw firsthand how he was constantly juggling our job with trying to answer calls for new work. He was stressed, and I knew he was losing business right in front of me."
The Solution
"I'm Tom. I've been a small business advisor and digital entrepreneur for years. When Sean told me this story, I knew Ai should be the perfect solution. I had just spent a year studying artificial intelligence, looking for the right, real-world problem to solve. This was it."
